See where your building is losing heat and money!
From our helicopter and in an entirely non-invasive way, we are able to provide a thermal overview of all properties. Aerial roof surveys are primarily for roof areas especially pitched roofs where access is difficult and costly. The survey may also show part of the walls and windows. If the thermal images show anomalies in these areas it may indicate that there are problems in the rest of the building. If this is the case it is likely that a full thermal ground based building survey is required.
| For Only £975 You Will Receive: | |||||
| A minimum of 12 thermal images taken from different directions showing elevations and roof areas. |
|||||
| For reference we will send you low resolution photographic images taken from similar angles. * | |||||
| These images come on CD Rom with full and complete copyright. | |||||

*Alternatively you can upgrade to high resolution photographic images for an extra cost. The reference photographs will assist in relating the information on the thermal image to a specific area of the building.
Surveys are carried out in the winter months because buildings will be heated to optimal levels and the temperature differences between the outside and the inside will provide the best indication of the heat losses from the building.
When the images are received they can be viewed to identify anomalies which then can be investigated further by maintenance or facilities management. This is important as there may be areas that appear to show problems but are not e.g. Air-conditioning unit exhausts.
Areas of heat loss are shown in our thermal images as white or bright yellow which, along with our easy to understand temperature scale makes getting the most from your aerial survey.
As we can only take thermal images during the winter months and there are other conditions that can restrict when the survey is carried out e.g. snow and ice we cannot give a specific timescale as to when the survey will be carried out. In view of this it is important you book your thermal survey as early as possible. Why not contact us today CLICK HERE or ring us on 01778 344782 and ask for our sales team.
