Each year Commission Air provides photographic images to Councils Nationwide. Our experience in dealing with the public sector has resulted in an in-depth understanding of your requirements ensuring that we are able to provide the best results every time.

Local authorities use our photographs for numerous different purposes, anything from checking on a planning infringement at a single property to photographing entire districts creating an exciting visual history of a regeneration project. Councils also use our photographs to record council-owned facilities such as swimming pools, schools, parks & gardens and allotments as well as documenting the existence of new retail & industrial and road development.

Aerial photography is ideally suited to assessing local road and rail links, surveying potential brownfield development sites or documenting new housing developments.

	Pricing Structure At each site we will take 4 contrasting aerial photographs e.g. from NSEW. For each site, you will receive 3 CD-ROMs of the images in JPEG format. With the whole order you will receive a certificate of full and complete copyright to all images. For 10 - 19 sites – £195 per site. For 20 plus sites - £115 per site. All sites must fall within the geographical boundaries of the controlling council. Orders of less than 10 sites will be charged at our single survey rate of £329 per site.
