Commission Air was contracted to conduct roof inspections of buildings in Herfordshire County Councils property portfolio. This included every school and college in the county. Of particular concern were the health issues involved and gaining access to every roof. By using aerial imagery the need for site visits by surveyors was greatly reduced.

Keith Hutt who commissioned the survey says “Their commitment to ensuring that HCC were provided with exactly what was needed was extremely impressive...The photographs are of such high quality that we can zoom in, for example, to individual roof tiles and see cracks in paving slabs.”
